摘要：以中国1949—2004年酒店业基本数据为基础,运用地理集中指数、区位熵、Moran指数等方法,从时空两个角度探究中国酒店业的发展演变.结果表明,中国酒店业在时间上呈阶段性、非同步性以及不平衡性发展特征,由单一的内资小型酒店为主,发展为内资、港澳台投资以及外商投资等多种资金类型的小中大型酒店并存模式.空间分布省际差异大,空间集聚趋势明显,但集聚程度随时间推移有所收敛.酒店业主要集中在东部沿海地区,不同类型酒店的集聚趋势有所不同,外资性质的酒店在东部沿海地区的集聚度更高.各省域酒店存量在空间上呈自相关态势,但并不显著;外资性质的酒店空间自相关性较显著.
Using the economic census data from 1949 to 2004,the paper aims to analyze spatio-temporal changes in hotel industry in China based on the spatial statistical analysis and GIS.The studies show hotel industry had experience phase-wise,jumping,asynchronous over the time;single mode of domestic small hotels had been given priority to the coexist mode of multi-investment small,medium,large hotels.Hotel industry had undergone an unbalanced development from province to province.Though the spatial clustering trend was obvious,the concentration degree converged over time,different types of hotels had different agglomeration trends.Hotel industry was mainly concentrated in the eastern coastal areas,and foreign-funded hotels were more concentrated in the eastern coastal areas.The inventory of hotels in 31 provinces,municipalities and autonomous regions was self-related in space,but the self-related index was not significant.The inventory of foreign-funded hotels had obvious correlation in space.
