摘要：NOVELTY - Monosaccharide group containing-triazole derivative (I) is new. USE - Monosaccharide group containing-triazole derivative used in synergistic with antibiotics for damaging glycolipids of antibiotic-resistant bacterial cells (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The monosaccharide group containing-triazole derivative provides synergistic effect on antibiotic-resistant bacterial cells in combination with existing antibiotics, and thus can greatly reduce the amount of antibiotics utilization by providing a way for the rational use of antibiotics in safety manner. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Monosaccharide group containing-triazole derivative of formula (I) is new. Monosaccharide group containing-triazole derivative of formula (I) is made of triazole and its pharmaceutically acceptable salt. R1=acetyl protecting monosaccharide group; and R2=6-18C linear or branched alkyl group; and n=1-4.
