摘要:NOVELTY - Targeting prodrug prepared from peat, by producing bioactive components by mixing peat, penicillium, beta -lactamase, and actinomycetes with enzyme acetylcholine, hydrolyzing mixture, fermenting the mixture, preparation of template molecular by mixing peat and branches, poly phosphatase, xylanase, and/or yeast and amylase, performing enzymatic hydrolysis process, fermenting the mixture, mixing reaction solution B with A, performing coupling reaction, purifying product, and targeting prodrug. USE - The method is useful for targeting prodrug prepared from peat for inhibiting gastric cancer, lung cancer, arthritis, leukemia, and viral infection, preferably herpes viral infection (claimed). DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Targeting prodrug prepared from peat, involves (a) producing bioactive components by mixing peat, penicillium, beta -lactamase, and actinomycetes with enzyme acetylcholine under aerobic conditions, hydrolyzing mixture, and fermenting the mixture at 5-75 degrees C for 5-70 hours using Streptomyces griseus, S.auraofaciens, and Micromonospora echinospora, where bioactive component contain a reaction solution, (b) preparation of template molecular by mixing peat and branches, poly phosphatase, xylanase, and/or yeast and amylase under anaerobic conditions, performing enzymatic hydrolysis process, and fermenting the mixture at 5-50 degrees C for 5-50 hours, where the reaction solution containing imprinted molecule, and ratio of prepared bioactive components and template molecular is 1-5:2-10, and (c) mixing reaction solution B with A, performing coupling reaction, purifying product, and targeting prodrug.
