摘要:NOVELTY - A lithium titanate single-crystal nano-size graphene composite material comprises 70-90 wt.% lithium titanate single-crystal nano particles with mesoporous hole to support on reduction of graphene oxide, where diameter of the lithium titanate single-crystal nano particles is 30-60 nm and diameter of the mesoporous hole is 2-8 nm. USE - Lithium titanate single-crystal nano-size graphene composite material for use as a cathode material in a lithium ion battery. ADVANTAGE - The composite material has high electric conductivity and better electrochemical property. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for a method for preparing a lithium titanate single-crystal nano-size graphene composite material, which involves mixing graphene oxide with 30-100 mg ethanol in an ultrasonic dispersion for 2-5 hours to obtain dispersion liquid, dropping 1-3 g tetrabutyl titanate and ethanol to dispersion liquid and stirring for 20-60 minutes to obtain mixture solution, mixing 1-3 g deionized water and ethanol to obtain mixture solution for 20-60 minutes to obtain solution, cooling, filtering and refluxing the solution at 100 degrees C for 5-20 hours to obtain a product solution, and dispersing the product solution with deionized water through hydrothermal reduction at 120-200 degrees C for 4-20 hours followed by collecting the product solution after centrifuging, washing and drying, adding 0.4-1.2 mol/l lithium hydroxide solution mixture with collected product to carry out lithiation for hydro-thermal reaction at 160-200 degrees C for 8-16 hours to obtain lithiation product, centrifugal washing and drying the lithiation product at 400-700 degrees C under argon gas atmosphere for 2-6 hours to obtain finished product.
