摘要:研究了用四氢化萘预处理对煤快速热解的影响结果表明,须处理温度在200~250℃之间,总挥发份析出率达到最大值;压力从0.0MPa上升至4.5MPa总挥发份析出率呈线性上升;溶剂含量<20Wt%时.总挥发份析出率随着它的增大而增大,对于所用四种媒,预处理都有增大总挥发份析出率之效果用色谱-质谱技术分析得到:预处理后,苯甲苯、二甲苯、三甲苯和苯乙烯都有所增加;苯酚、禁、茆、甲基苯并呋前增加较显著;
The effect of pretreatment with tetralin on rapid pyrolysis of coal was investigated. The results illustrated that the pretreatment could enhance the total volatile yield forfour Chinese coals used. The total volatile yield was increased as the pressure was elevated from0.1 to 4.5 MPa. The solvent conteflt in treated coal inflllence the total volatile yield, but theinfluence turned insignificant when the solvent content was in excess of 20%. The increment ofthe total volatile yield was maximized when the temperature of pretreatment ranged 200-250℃. Analyses by GC-MS showed the changes of the main liquid products before and after pretreatmeat. For instance, the total yield of benzene, toluence, xylene, trimethylbenzene, styene,phenol and naphathalene was all increased after pretreatment. C14 and C15 in n-alkanes seriesalso increased significantly. However, the yields of cresol and xylnol tended to decrease.
