摘要:NOVELTY - The microfluidic synthetic imprinting adsorbent for treating copper-containing wastewater, involves (1) dissolving soluble copper salt and acetic acid in chitosan solution, heating, stirring to obtain dispersed phase, (2) continuous phase cutting of obtained dispersed phase by microfluidic device, introducing formed microdroplets into beaker containing solidified solution, crosslinking and curing, (3) carrying out desorption of cured microdroplets using desorbents, washing and drying to obtain final product. USE - Microfluidic synthetic imprinting adsorbent for treating copper-containing wastewater. ADVANTAGE - The reusable microfluidic synthetic imprinting adsorbent has selective adsorption performance, high adsorption speed, high adsorption capacity and uniform particle size, and is prepared by simple at low cost. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Microfluidic synthetic imprinting adsorbent for treating copper-containing wastewater, involves (1) dissolving soluble copper salt and acetic acid in chitosan solution, heating, stirring to obtain dispersed phase, (2) continuous phase cutting of obtained dispersed phase by microfluidic device, introducing formed microdroplets into beaker containing solidified solution, crosslinking and curing, (3) carrying out desorption of cured microdroplets using desorbents, washing and drying to obtain final product. The mass ratio of chitosan, copper ions and acetic acid is 1:(1-5):(1-4).
