摘要：农村自然村落改造是推进新农村建设的重要载体,也是推动城乡统筹发展的重要抓手。文章基于实证调研,分析了上海农村自然村落改造面临的困境和挑战,并结合当下的宏观经济背景和社会发展形势,提出了相应的思路和路径选择。
