摘要:为探究不同参数对横槽管内降膜蒸发传热特性的影响规律,搭建了竖管降膜蒸发实验平台,开展了降膜蒸发传热实验,对光滑管与横槽管进行对比研究。在单位周边流量Γ=0.15-0.75 kg/(m·s),传热温差ΔT=10-16 K,热流密度q=12-36 kW/m^(2),二次蒸汽雷诺数Re v=1.5×10^(4)-4.5×10^(4)的范围内,测得了2种管型换热管内的降膜蒸发传热系数;分析了各参数对降膜蒸发传热特性的影响。研究结果表明,横槽管内降膜蒸发传热系数随单位周边流量、传热温差、热流密度及二次蒸汽雷诺数的增大而增大。横槽管内降膜蒸发传热系数约为光滑管的1.23倍,横槽管内壁特殊的环肋结构对降膜蒸发传热的强化作用明显。根据实验数据关联出横槽管降膜蒸发传热关联式。以上结论可为横槽管用于立式降膜蒸发器的研究提供有益参考。
In order to investigate the influence of different parameters on the evaporative heat transfer characteristics of the falling film in the transversally corrugated tube,a vertical falling film evaporation experimental platform was established to carry out the falling film evaporation heat transfer experiments,and the comparative studies were carried out between smooth tube and transversally corrugated tube.The falling film evaporation heat transfer coefficients of two tubes were measured at mass flow rate per unit perimeter of the tube wallΓ=0.15-0.75 kg/(m·s),the heat transfer temperature differenceΔT=10-16 K,the heat flux q=12-36 kW/m^(2) and the Reynolds number of flash steam Re v=1.5×10^(4)-4.5×10^(4),and the influence of each parameter on the evaporative heat transfer characteristics of falling film was analyzed.The research results show that the evaporative heat transfer coefficient of the falling film increases with the increase of the mass flow rate per unit perimeter of the tube wall,the heat transfer temperature difference,the heat flux and the Reynolds number of the flash steam.The falling film evaporation heat transfer coefficients of the transversally corrugated tube are about 1.23 times that of the smooth tube.The special ring rib structure on the inner wall of the transversally corrugated tube has obvious enhancement effect on the falling film evaporation heat transfer.According to the experimental data,the evaporative heat transfer correlation of falling films in the transversally corrugated tube was obtained.These results will provide a useful reference for the study of transversally corrugated tube used in vertical falling film evaporator.
