摘要：NOVELTY - A chiral fixing phase of tartaric acid derivatives, comprises chiral selective agent, spacer arm and carrier. USE - Chiral fixing phase of tartaric acid derivatives for drug analysis, quality control and preparation of enantiomer. ADVANTAGE - The chiral fixing phase of tartaric acid derivatives has good chiral distinguishing ability and can perform chiral separation to the derivatives (1,1'-bi-2-naphthol, ketoprofen and aminophenol); and has good stability and repeatability. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Chiral fixing phase of tartaric acid derivatives, comprises chiral selective agent, spacer arm and carrier. The chiral selective agent comprises compound of formula (I) and linked to the carrier via covalent bond of silane coupling agent. R1=RCO-, H-, or RNHCO-; R2=RNH-, RO-, RR'N-, or OH; R=fatty alkane, naphthenic hydrocarbon, optionally substituted aryl, aralkyl, naphthyl and anthryl, the fatty alkane containing linear chain or branch chain having 3-18C;and R'=H or fatty alkyl. An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for preparation of chiral fixing phase of tartaric acid derivatives, comprising processing tartaric acid derivative containing alkynyl and silicon azide via click chemistry; or compounding chiral silicane monomer and then covalently binding with active silica gel.
