摘要：NOVELTY - Diethyl carbonate is prepared by using dimethyl carbonate and ethanol as raw material and the complex of potassium carbonate and polyglycol as catalyst. ADVANTAGE - Low cost of ester exchange process to produce diethyl carbonate.The catalyst has high activity, less deactivation, less separation in carbonate. The complex has high solubility in diethyl carbonate and is less likely to react with carbonate existing in great amount to deactivate and less likely to separate in reboiler to produce choking
