摘要：本文从制造、服役角度简述压力管道典型的失效破坏模式,例举了上述两个环节中由于质量控制不严,造成服役后失效破坏事例,重点剖析失效原因并提出了相应的防范措施,对压力管道工程施工和使用维护以及检验有一定的指导意义。
Typical failure modes of piping in service were analyzed. Some cases were investigated that caused piping system damage due to that the quality control was not strict during welding and management of piping. Failure reasons were discussed and appropriate guard measures were proposed. All the results were useful for the piping construction including welding, in-service management and inspection.
