摘要：NOVELTY - Fermentation method for producing anti-cancer drugs TAT (m)-Survivin (T34A) using engineering microbes, by inoculating seed liquid in fermentation liquor, where the thickness of dissolved oxygen in growing period, adding dextrose solution into fermentation liquor by constant pH method, stimulating the culture thickness of thallus, adding inorganic ammonia salt, IPTG, dextrose into fermentation liquor, maintaining carbon thickness in fermenter, collecting thallus and cultivating the thallus for 4-5 hours. USE - The method is useful for fermentation technique for producing anti-cancer drugs TAT (m)-Survivin (T34A) using engineering microbes (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method is inexpensive, short time manufacturing period 10-12 hours and increasing the expression of target albumen. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Fermentation method for producing anti-cancer drugs TAT (m)-Survivin (T34A) using engineering microbes, involves inoculating seed liquid in fermentation liquor for fermentation at 35-38 degrees C, pH 6.5-7.5, air flow (2-5 ml/min), where the thickness of dissolved oxygen in growing period (5-80%), after 5-6 hours, adding dextrose solution into fermentation liquor by constant pH method, stimulating the culture thickness of thallus reaches (3-5 g/l), adding inorganic ammonia salt, IPTG, dextrose into fermentation liquor, maintaining carbon thickness in fermenter to zero, thickness of dissolved oxygen is 40-60%, collecting thallus and cultivating the thallus for 4-5 hours.
