摘要：构建大学生发展性德育评价导向机制对于落实科学人才观、实现德育制度化、提高德育实效性具有重要的实践意义。高校必须贯彻以人为本、便于操作、客观公正、激励导向、动态适用的原则,系统建立"一以贯之"的发展性德育评价导向机制,并坚持做好大学生学年德育素质考核评价这一重要环节,充分运用发展性德育评价导向机制和德育考核评价的成果,在评奖评优中做出相应的制度安排,对学生的和谐发展起到导向作用。
It is of great practical significance to construct the guiding mechanism for the evaluation of college students＇ developmental moral education to carry out scientific concept of talent,to realize the institutionalization of moral education,and to improve the effectiveness of moral education.Colleges must carry out the principle of people oriented,easy to operate,objective and impartial,incentive oriented and dynamic application,systemically establish the mechanism of the development moral education evaluation with its principle of＇One principle runs through it all＇,do well in college students＇ moral education quality assessment,make full use of the results of development moral education evaluation mechanism and moral assessment evaluation and make corresponding arrangements in the awards,which plays a leading role in students＇ harmony development.
