摘要:NOVELTY - Decoking is performed for radiation furnace tube of cracking furnace and volume of carbon dioxide is monitored at the outlet of the cracking furnace tube. When carbon dioxide volume at outlet of cracking furnace tube is less than 0.2%, decoking process is terminated. Pre-oxidization treatment is performed on surface of cracking furnace tube under atmosphere of air, water steam, carbon dioxide, carbon monoxide and/or hydrogen. Thus, thermophysical property of inhibiting coke silicon/sulfur composite coating of ethylene cracker is improved. USE - Method of improving thermophysical property of inhibiting coke silicon/sulfur composite coating of ethylene cracker. ADVANTAGE - The method efficiently provides inhibiting coke silicon/sulfur composite coating of ethylene cracker having excellent thermal shock-resistant performance, hardness and durability. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Decoking is performed for radiation furnace tube of cracking furnace in presence of steam-air mixed gas as carbon-burning gas and volume of carbon dioxide is monitored at the outlet of the cracking furnace tube using an infrared gas analyzer. When the carbon dioxide volume at the outlet of the cracking furnace tube is less than 0.2%, the decoking process is terminated. Pre-oxidization treatment is performed on the surface of cracking furnace tube at 700-900 degrees C under pressure of 1-3 MPa for 1-8 hours under atmosphere of air, water steam, carbon dioxide, carbon monoxide and/or hydrogen. Thus, thermophysical property of inhibiting coke silicon/sulfur composite coating of ethylene cracker is improved.
