摘要:NOVELTY - The method involves preparing alternative multilayer polymer solid material of an initial sample. Softening point or melting point difference of the solid layer material are calculated. The initial sample is put into a high pressure kettle. The high pressure kettle is fixed with a foaming equipment. Ultra critical fluid is allowed to the high pressure kettle. Saturation pressure is about 5-60MPa. The high pressure kettle is quickly decompressed. Polymer micro-porous foam material of alternating multi layer structure is obtained. USE - Multi layer polymer micro-porous foam material preparing method. ADVANTAGE - The method enables reducing average cell diameter of a foamed article so as to improve cell density and expansion ratio. The method enables reducing irritation or toxic gas and foaming agent so as to reduce production process difficulty and material preparing cost, improve environmental protection and consuming less energy.
