摘要:采用等体积浸渍法制备了不同Ce含量的钴基催化剂,并用N_(2)低温吸附、XRD、H_(2)-TPR、CO-TPD和H_(2)-TPD等手段进行表征,同时在固定床反应器中对其费托合成反应催化性能进行评价。结果表明,Ce的添加能够改善催化剂的还原性能,促进CO及H_(2)在催化剂表面的吸附,从而影响催化剂的催化效果。当Ce添加质量分数为3%时,催化剂的反应性能最优,在220℃、2MPa、空速1000h^(-1)、n(H_(2))/n(CO)=2.0的条件下,催化剂的CO转化率为84.20%,C_(5)^(+)选择性为74.38%。
The Co/γ-Al_(2)O_(3)catalysts promoted by different amounts of Ce were prepared by incipient wetness impregnation and characterized by N_(2)adsorption,XRD,H_(2)-TPR,CO-TPD and H_(2)-TPD,and their catalytic performances in Fischer-Tropsch synthesis were tested in a fixed-bed reactor.The results show that Ce promoter can improve the reducibility and enhance the adsorption of CO and H_(2)on the catalyst surface,and thus improve the catalytic performance.When the content of Ce was 3%by mass,the catalyst had optimal performance.Under the reaction conditions:220℃,2MPa,GHSV of 1000h1 and H_(2)/CO molar ratio of 2.0,CO conversion and C5 selectivity could reach 84.20%and 74.38%,respectively.
