摘要：以(1S,2S)-2-氨基-1-(4-硝基苯)-1,3-丙二醇为原料,得到四种噁唑硼烷,原位催化硼烷不对称还原前手性芳基酮,讨论了反应温度和催化剂结构对反应结果的影响。
Two new types of 1,3,2- oxaborolidines were prepared from (1S,2S) -2- arnino - 1 - (4 - nitro-phenyl) - propane - 1,3 - diol and used as catalysts in the asymmetric reduction of acetophenone.The influence of temperature as well as the effect of the structure of catalyst on the enantioselectivity is discussed. The origin of the products' configurational is explored.
