摘要：NOVELTY - A ceramic silicone rubber composite material comprises a silicone rubber, ammonium polyphosphate, calcium carbonate, a silicate filler, a flux and a vulcanizing agent. The silicone rubber is dimethyl silicone rubber, methylphenylvinyl silicone rubber and/or methylvinyl silicone rubber. The silicate filler is mica, kaolin, montmorillonite, zeolite, talc powder and/or wollastonite. The flux includes zinc oxide, zinc borate, borax, boron oxide and/or glass powder having softening point of more than 300 degrees C. USE - Ceramic silicone rubber composite material is used for wire, cable and power communication applications. ADVANTAGE - The ceramic silicone rubber composite material has excellent flame retardance, and can be prepared by environmentally-friendly and easy process using economical raw materials. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - A ceramic silicone rubber composite material comprises 40-80 pts. wt. silicone rubber, 1-10 pts. wt. ammonium polyphosphate, 1-10 pts. wt. calcium carbonate, 10-30 pts. wt. silicate filler, 6-25 pts. wt. flux and 0.3-1.5 pts. wt. vulcanizing agent. The silicone rubber is dimethyl silicone rubber, methylphenylvinyl silicone rubber and/or methylvinyl silicone rubber. The ammonium polyphosphate is type II ammonium polyphosphate having a polymerization degree of more than 1000. The silicate filler is mica, kaolin, montmorillonite, zeolite, talc powder and/or wollastonite. The flux includes zinc oxide, zinc borate, borax, boron oxide and/or glass powder having softening point of more than 300 degrees C. The vulcanizing agent is dicumyl peroxide or 2,5-dimethyl-2,5-bis(t-butylperoxy)hexane. An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for preparation of the ceramic silicone rubber composite material.
