摘要:针对我国高等教育中大面积公共必修课程授课人数较多,教师无法根据学生的各项情况及时调整教学内容和进度等问题,利用辅助教学中的考勤、作业、实验、刷题等数据构建出各位学生用户画像,帮助教师掌握每位学生的实时学习情况,有效实现过程监控。此外,将用户画像中各个维度的数据通过集成、规约、预处理等操作后利用GBDT算法构建出分层教学模型,提醒教师在课堂中重点关注某些较困难的学生,并挖掘出需要重点培养的对象。实验结果表明,该模型效果较好,准确率最高可达94. 51%,能够为教师提供各类数据支持,提升教学质量。
Teachers of higher education in China find to be hard to adjust teaching contents and schedule in public compulsory courses because it is almost impossible to clearly know about the students. However, teachers can utilize all kinds of data of attendance, homework, experiment and exercise record to build up personas to help themselves get students’ real-time learning situation, which realizes process monitoring effectively. In addition, through integration, protocol, pre-processing and other operations of the data in various dimensions of the user’s personas, GBDT algorithm can be used to build up a hierarchical teaching model to help teachers pay attention to those who have difficulty in learning and find out the ones who have greater potential. The result of our university shows that the model has a good effect with the accuracy rate of up to 94.51%, which can provide various data support for teachers and improve teaching quality.
