摘要:NOVELTY - High efficiency separating and recycling method includes pumping the mother liquor into solid-liquid cyclone separator and micro-rotational flow separator from the oxidation liquid buffering tank where the lower end is rich in solid-phase particles concentrated into a solution of a larger particle size in the material tank as filtrate passes a distillation tower for recycling into the mother solution where terephthalic acid or catalytic agent solid particles are trapped on the outer surface of the filter core forming a filter cake. USE - High efficiency separating and recycling method for terephthalic acid oxidation mother liquor filtrate. ADVANTAGE - Solid-liquid separation efficiency is improved, thus reducing the production process of terephthalic acid mother liquor in subsequent processing and reduces the production cost. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - High efficiency separating and recycling method comprises pumping the mother liquor into solid-liquid cyclone separator and micro-rotational flow separator from the oxidation liquid buffering tank where the lower end is rich in solid-phase particles concentrated into a solution of a larger particle size in the material tank, pumping the liquid buffer into the high efficiency metallic porous membrane pipe filter for filtering and separating under pressure. The mother liquor passes through the filter core. The filtrate passes a distillation tower for recycling into the mother solution where terephthalic acid or catalytic agent solid particles are trapped on the outer surface of the filter core forming a filter cake that reaches the set value when the pressure difference of the filter inlet and outlet stopping feeding. Process further involves reverse washing the nitrogen valve. The filtrate in the filter shell body fast reverses the flow to push the filter cake from the filter element back to a material storage tank completing back flushing during the back flushing process where the liquid level of the tank porous membrane pipe filter stops the mother liquor. Differential pressure increases as the filter reaches the set value. The metal porous membrane pipe filter on the washing end of the solid-liquid micro-rotational flow separator circulates the mother liquor into the storage buffer tank with the alkali washing liquid passes through the waste liquid outlet pipe into the treatment plant.
