摘要:选用丙烯酸(AA)与甲基丙烯酸甲酯(MMA)溶液聚合制备无规共聚物P(AA-coMMA)作为成孔剂,以二甲基乙酰胺(DMAc)和三乙酸甘油酯作为混合溶剂,通过NIPS过程纺制P(AA-co-MMA)/PVDF中空纤维膜.对P(AA-co-MMA)共聚物进行了FTIR,GPC等测试,并研究了二甲基乙酰胺和三乙酸甘油酯的比例对铸膜液的黏度,以及产物膜的结构、通量、截留率的影响.结果表明,P(AA-co-MMA)共聚物的转化率为94%,平均相对分子质量为146 646;在PVDF/P(AA-co-MMA)/DMAc体系中,三乙酸甘油酯的最大添加量为混合溶剂的20%.随着三乙酸甘油酯含量的增大,黏度明显增大;纯水通量先增大后减小,但对PEG系列的截留率增大;扫描电镜结果表明,随着三乙酸甘油酯的增加,膜断面双指状孔逐渐减少并变短.
Random P(AA-co-MMA)synthesized by free radical solution polymerization of acrylic acid(AA)and methyl methacrylate(MMA)was used as pore forming agent,and the mixture of dimethyl acetamide(DMAc)and glyceryl triacetate as used as solvents,then P(AA-co-MMA)/PVDF hollow fiber membrane was prepared by NIPS method.P(AA-co-MMA)copolymer has been tested and analyzed by FTIR and GPC.The influence of the ratio of glyceryl triacetate on the performance and structure of P(AA-co-MMA)/PVDF hollow fiber membrane were investigated by viscosity test,flux and rejection,scanning electron microscopy(SEM).The results show that the conversion rate of P(AA-co-MMA)copolymer is 94%,and the My=146646;the maximum amount of the glyceryl triacetate in mixed solvent is 20%.With the increase of glyceryl triacetate,the Viscosity increases,the pure water flux increases first and then decreases,but the PEG rejection rate increases,membrane section double finger holes gradually reduce and shorter.
