摘要：NOVELTY - Solvent-free paint comprises component A and component B at ratio of 3-4.5:1. Component A comprises 14.0-22.0% diluent, 11.0-15.0% red iron oxide, 4.0-7.0% barium sulfate powder, 4.0-7.0% glass beads, 3.0-4.0% PTFE powder, 0.4-0.8% leveling agent, 0.5-0.9% antifoaming agent, 0.4-1.0% dispersing agent, 7.0-8.0% plasticizer and balance epoxy resin. Component B comprises 5.0-20.0% curing accelerator and balance polyamide. USE - Solvent-free paint used for natural gas pipelines (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The paint is environment-friendly. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for preparation of solvent-free paint comprising grinding filler pigment at less than or equal to 40 mu m, modifying, drying at 120 degrees C for 2 hours, removing impurities, placing in reaction kettle, adding component A, thermostatic mixing for 1 hour, coating, filtering, adding component B and mixing.
