摘要:NOVELTY - A flame retardant epoxy resin nano-composite is obtained by mixing a sodium-montmorillonite, an aqueous solution of an organic solvent chosen from alcohol such as methanol, and ketone such as acetone and butanone, and silane coupling agent chosen from trimethoxyvinyl, 3-glycidyl propyl trimethoxysilane and methacrylic acid propyl trimethoxysilane, at 40-100 degrees C, adding organic montmorillonite into multi-pentaerythritol biphosphorate melamine salt flame retardant mixture, epoxy resin and firming agent of lentine, and solidifying at 80-160 degrees C for 6-12 hours. USE - Flame retardant epoxy resin nano-composite. ADVANTAGE - The flame retardant epoxy resin nano-composite is eco-friendly without halogen and toxic substance, and provides low smoke. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - A flame retardant epoxy resin nano-composite is obtained by mixing a sodium-montmorillonite, an aqueous solution of an organic solvent chosen from alcohol such as methanol, and ketone such as acetone and butanone, and silane coupling agent chosen from trimethoxyvinyl, 3-glycidyl propyl trimethoxysilane and methacrylic acid propyl trimethoxysilane, in a reactor at 40-100 degrees C for 2-22 hours, adding organic montmorillonite into multi-pentaerythritol biphosphorate melamine salt flame retardant mixture, epoxy resin and firming agent of lentine, and solidifying at 80-160 degrees C for 6-12 hours. The multi-pentaerythritol biphosphorate melamine salt flame retardant is nitrogen-phosphorus type flame retardant.
