摘要：石化化工行业作为我国战略性支柱产业,在新型工业化和制造业数字化转型背景下,面临前所未有的发展机遇和挑战。本文探讨了新型工业操作系统在石化化工行业数字化转型中的关键作用,强调了工业互联网、大数据和人工智能等现代信息技术如何在智能制造架构下提升生产效率、实现环保和安全生产方面的重要性。在此基础上,介绍了工业操作系统的发展现状、典型特点和组织架构,详细阐述了其在石化化工行业中的应用案例和具体实施路径,为行业数字化转型和高质量发展提供了新的思路和工具,并对保障石化化工行业的绿色安全生产起到了积极推动作用。
As a strategic pillar industry in China,the petroleum and chemical industry is facing unprecedented opportunities and challenges in the context of new-type industrialization and digital transformation of manufacturing.This paper discusses the critical role of industrial operating systems in the digital transformation of the petrochemical and chemical industry.It emphasizes the importance of modern information technologies such as the industrial internet,big data,and artificial intelligence in enhancing production efficiency,environmental protection,and safety production within the framework of next-generation industrial operating systems.The paper introduces the development status,typical characteristics,and organizational structure of industrial operating systems,and elaborates on their application cases and specific implementation paths in the petrochemical industry.It provides new ideas and tools for the digital transformation and high-quality development of the industry,and positively contributes to ensuring green and safe production in the petrochemical and chemical sectors.
