摘要:以廉价、无毒、生物相容性良好的聚乙烯醇(PVA)为基体制备了一种新型温敏聚合物——部分缩醛化聚乙烯醇(APVA)。用1H-NMR、浊度和流变法表征了其结构及较低临界溶液温度(LCST)行为,合成了一系列不同分子量、不同缩醛度的APVA样品,系统研究了LCST的影响因素,发现高分子量、高缩醛度、高浓度APVA溶液具有较低的LCST,说明可以根据不同用途设计APVA的LCST。
The structurally modified poly(vinyl alcohol) (PVA) was prepared as a novel thermal sensitive polymer by partially acetalyzing the commercially available PVA (APVA). ^1H-NMR, turbidimeter and rheology were used to characterize the structure and lower critical solution temperature (LCST), respectively. A series of APVAs with different molecular weight and degree of acetalysis were synthesized and their LCSTs were studied systemically. The solution of APVA, which is with higher molecular weight, higher degree of acetalysis and higher concentration, shows the lower LCST. The result strongly suggests that the LCST of APVA could be designed easily according to its application.
