摘要：NOVELTY - A pesticide, its optical, cis, and trans isomers and its pharmaceutically acceptable salt are new. USE - A pesticide, its optical, cis, and trans isomers and its pharmaceutically acceptable salt for plants, animals, soil, surrounding environment, and preparing medicine used for killing and preventing sanitary insect pests, pests which are harmful to health of animals, and agricultural pests (all claimed) e.g. aphid, plant hopper, whitefly, cotton bollworm, cutworm, and armyworm. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - A pesticide of formula (I), its optical, cis, and trans isomers and its pharmaceutically acceptable salt are new. R1=optionally halogenated 5-6 membered N, O, and/or S-containing heterocyclic or Ph optionally substituted by halo, 1-4C haloalkyl or 1-4C haloalkoxy; R2-R3=H, saturated or unsaturated 1-8C hydrocarbon group optionally substituted by halo, allyl, benzyl, 1-8C alkoxy 1-8C alkyl, 1-8C alkoxycarbonyl, phenoxycarbonyl, 2-6C alkynylcarbonyl, 2-3C alkenylcarbonyl, 3-6C cycloalkylcarbonyl, benzoyl, 1-8C haloalkyl, 1-8C saturated or unsaturated 1-8C alkoxy, or 1-8C alkylcarbonyl substituted by benzoyl, furylcarbonyl, or N,N-dimethylcarbonyl provided that R2 and R3 can together form -CH2-CH2-, -CH2-CH2-CH2-, or CH2-MRc-CH2-; M=N, O, or S; Rc=H, saturated or unsaturated 1-8C hydrocarbon group optionally substituted by halo, allyl, benzyl, Ph, 1-8C alkoxy-1-8C alkyl, 1-8C alkoxycarbonyl, phenoxycarbonyl, 2-6C alkynylcarbonyl, 2-3C alkenylcarbonyl, 3-6C cycloalkylcarbonyl, benzoyl, 1-8C haloalkyl, 1-8C alkoxy, or 1-8C alkylcarbonyl substituted by benzoyl, furylcarbonyl, or N,N-dimethylcarbonyl; X=N, S, SO, or SO2; R4=H, saturated or unsaturated 1-8C hydrocarbon group, 1-8C haloalkyl, sulfonyl, allyl, benzyl, saturated or unsaturated 1-8C alkoxy-1-8C alkyl, 1-8C alkoxycarbonyl, phenoxycarbonyl, 2-6C alkynylcarbonyl, 2-3C alkenylcarbonyl, 3-6 cycloalkylcarbonyl, benzoyl, 1-8C alkoxy, or 1-8C alkylcabonyl optionally substituted by benzoyl, furylcarbonyl, N,N-dimethylcarbonyl, benzene, pyridine, naphthalene, thiazole, pyrimidine, furan, thiophene, oxazole, quinoline, benzo nitrogen (oxygen, sulfur) heterocyclic aromatic (hetero) cyclic ring optionally substituted by halo, nitrile, NO2, OH, methylamine, carboxyl, dimethylamino, saturated or unsaturated 1-4C alkyl, 1-4C alkoxy, 1-4C haloalkyl, or 1-4C alkylcarbonyl, or Y1RaRb provided that R4 is not present when X is S, SO, or SO2; Y1=N, S, SO, or SO2; Ra-Rb=H, saturated or unsaturated 1-8C hydrocarbon group optionally substituted by halo, allyl, benzyl, 1-8C alkoxy-1-8C alkyl, 1-8C alkoxycarbonyl, phenoxycarbonyl, 2-6C alkynylcarbonyl, 2-3C alkenylcarbonyl, 3-6C cycloalkylcarbonyl, benzoyl, 1-8C haloalkyl, 1-8C 1-8C alkoxy, or 1-8C alkylcarbonyl substituted by benzoyl, furylcarbonyl, or N,N-dimethylcarbonyl provided that Ra and Rb can together form -CH2-CH2-, -CH2-CH2-CH2-, or CH2-MRc-CH2-; m=1-3; R=-CH(R7)-, -CH(R8)CH(R9)-, or -CH(R10)CH(R11)CH(R12)-; R5-R12=H, halo, saturated or unsaturated 1-8C hydrocarbon group optionally substituted by halo, allyl, benzyl, saturated or unsaturated 1-8C alkoxy-1-8C alkyl, 1-8C alkoxycarbonyl, phenoxycarbonyl, 2-6C alkynylcarbonyl, 2-3C alkenylcarbonyl, 3-6C cycloalkylcarbonyl, aromatic acyl, 1-8C haloalkyl, 1-8C alkoxy, or 1-8C alkylcarbonyl substituted by aromatic acyl, furylcarbonyl, or N,N-dimethycarbonyl, 1-8C saturated or unsaturated alkoxy optionally substituted by halo, 1-8C alkyl ester (RCOO-), 1-8C alkyl sulfonyl ester, trifluoromethanesulfonyl ester, or benzene, pyridine, naphthalene, furan, or quinolinyl optionally substituted by halo, nitrile, NO2, hydroxyl, methylamino, carboxyl, dimethylamino, 1-8C saturated or unsaturated hydrocarbon, 1-8C alkoxy, 1-8C alkoxy, 1-8C haloalkyl, or 1-8C alkylcarbonyl; and Z=NO2, CN, ester, aldehyde, carboxyl, CF3, trifluoroacetyl, or trifluoromethanesulfonyl. INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are included for: (1) agricultural composition comprising 0.0001-99.99 wt.% pesticide of formula (I), its optical, cis, or trans isomers or its pharmaceutically acceptable salt, pharmaceutically acceptable carrier and/or excipients; (2) preparation of agricultural composition which involves mixing pesticide of formula (I), its optical, cis, or trans isomers or its pharmaceutically acceptable salt, pharmaceutically acceptable carrier, and/or excipients; (3) preparation of pesticide of formulae (A1), (B1), or (C1), their optical, cis, and trans isomers and their pharmaceutically acceptable salts; and (4) preparation of pesticide of formulae (A2), (B2), (C2), (A3), (B3), (C3), (A4), (B4), (C4), their optical, cis, and trans isomers and their pharmaceutically acceptable salts. X3=S=O; and X4=O=S=O.
