摘要：NOVELTY - Dewatering sludge involves using cationic polyacrylamide and bast fiber granules as conditioning agent, then bast fiber is taken, then crushed into 3 mm granules by using crushing machine, then bast fiber granules are soaked in 1.5-2.0g/L of diluted sulfuric acid solution where mass ratio of bast fiber granules and diluted sulfur acid solution is 1: 10-1: 15. The soaking is performed at 40-60 degrees C for 1-2hours, then bast fiber granules are washed with water washing, then dried. The bast fiber granules are soaked in 15- 80g/L sodium hydroxide solution, then added with 1-5g/L sodium sulfite. USE - Method for dewatering sludge (claimed). ADVANTAGE - Method enables to dewater sludge; improves dehydrating effect of sludge. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Dewatering sludge involves using cationic polyacrylamide and bast fiber granules as conditioning agent, then bast fiber is taken, then crushed into 3 mm granules by using crushing machine, then bast fiber granules are soaked in 1.5-2.0g/L of diluted sulfuric acid solution where mass ratio of bast fiber granules and diluted sulfur acid solution is 1: 10-1: 15. The soaking is performed at 40-60 degrees C for 1-2hours, then bast fiber granules are washed with water washing, then dried. The bast fiber granules are soaked in 15- 80g/L sodium hydroxide solution, then added with 1-5g/L sodium sulfite. The mass ratio of bast fiber granules to sodium hydroxide solution is 1: 10-1: 15. The soaking is performed at 100-120 degrees C for 1- 2hours, then bast fiber granules are washed with water washing, then dried. The bast fiber granules are put into diesel oil for soaking for 0.5-2hours at room temperature, then taken out. The mass ratio of bast fiber granules and diesel oil is 1: 10-1: 15. The cationic polyacrylamide is added with water to prepare cationic polyacrylamide solution with 0.05-0.5 % mass percentage. The sludge is processed by using ultrasonic wave with 28-120kilohertz frequency for 0.2-2hours, where energy input is 1-9x 106kilojoule/ton to obtain dry sludge. The dry sludge is treated with 10-50kg/ton ozone for 0.2-0.5hours. The 5-100 wt.% bast fiber granules are added in sludge, then stirred uniformly, then added with 0.05-0.4 wt.% cationic polyacrylamide, then stirred uniformly. The mixture is placed in plate and frame filter press for dehydration. After dehydrating, the sludge is dried or ventilated in warehouse to obtain sludge cake with moisture content less than 60%.
