摘要:NOVELTY - Synthesising regulatory gene dasR red Saccharopolyspora secondary metabolites involves knocking red Saccharopolyspora genome dasR gene to obtain mutated engineered bacteria and nucleobases of the gene dasR sequence is sequence in sequence listing. USE - Method for synthesizing regulatory gene dasR red Saccharopolyspora secondary metabolites, such as erythromycin red-brown pigment, and for regulating secondary metabolite for producing antibiotic, and for controlling biosynthesis of pigment (all claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method enables for synthesize regulatory gene dasR red Saccharopolyspora secondary metabolites, which reduces amount of engineered strains except erythromycin and pigment.
