摘要：作为直接承担高校教学任务的基层实体,二级学院是学校本科教学工作的主战场,对高校教学工作的顺利开展起着保障作用,其建设与发展直接关系着学校人才培养目标的实现。目前,高校二级学院本科教学工作绩效评估中存在绩效考核目标不明确、指标评价体系不贴合实际及绩效考核反馈体系薄弱等问题。针对这些问题,本文结合我校办学实际情况,从绩效考核指标体系制定原则、具体考核指标体系及绩效考核结果的闭环反馈三个方面,探讨了我校二级学院本科教学工作绩效考核建设情况,旨在为提高高校本科教学质量添砖加瓦。
As the fundamental unity directly undertaking the teaching task for higher education, secondary colleges take the main positions for undergraduate teaching. Therefore, secondary colleges are a gurantee for the higher education teaching and their construction and development is directly crisis to the realiza tion of talent training. However, at present, there are problems in undergraduate teaching performance evaluation for secondary colleges, such as uncertain performance evaluation objects, unpractical index e valuation system, and weak feedback system. Considering the problems and the teaching situations of East China University of Science and Technology （ECUST）, the essay explores the performance apprais-al system construction for undergraduate teaching in ECUST secondary colleges, from the aspects of construction principle for performance evaluation index system, specific evaluation index system and feedback for the result of the evaluation, with an aim to improve the undergraduate teaching quality higher education. the the for
