摘要：NOVELTY - The cell has a laser emitter (1) connected with a single vibration MEMS mirror (2). A light path system is connected with the laser emitter. A CCD image sensor (4) is connected with the light path system. The single vibration MEMS mirror is connected with a control module. The control module and the CCD image sensor are connected with each other. A computer is connected with the CCD image sensor. A data collecting card (5) is fixed with the single vibration MEMS mirror. The data collecting card collects location information. The laser emitter emits red laser, blue laser and green laser. USE - Cell for an operating microscope. ADVANTAGE - The cell is inexpensive, and has high utilizing rate. DESCRIPTION OF DRAWING(S) - The drawing shows a schematic view of a cell.
