摘要:NOVELTY - A polyethylene glycol block polypeptide molecular brush (I) comprising diblock polymer comprising polyethylene glycol and polypeptide as main chain, and alkoxy ether dendrimer as side chain, is new. USE - New polyethylene glycol block polypeptide molecular brush is used for preparing hydrogel for drug loading applications (all claimed), functional material, cell culture medias and medicine carrier. ADVANTAGE - The hydrogel obtained using the polyethylene glycol block polypeptide molecular brush has unique structure and morphology, and excellent biocompatibility. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - A polyethylene glycol block polypeptide molecular brush of formula (I) comprising diblock polymer comprising polyethylene glycol and polypeptide as main chain, and alkoxy ether dendrimer as side chain, is new. n=30-100;and X=methyl or ethyl. INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are included for the following: (1) preparation of polyethylene glycol block polypeptide molecular brush (I); (2) hydrogel, which comprises ( alpha )-cyclodextrin and polyethylene glycol block polypeptide molecular brush (I); and (3) preparation of hydrogel, which involves dissolving polyethylene glycol block polypeptide molecular brush in water, adding ( alpha )-cyclodextrin, ultrasonically treating, and leaving-still.
