摘要:NOVELTY - The device has a first chip and a second chip arranged on a glass substrate. The first chip is connected with the second chip through a connecting pipe. The first chip is a selected as a micro-flow channel chip and provided with a dispersing phase inlet and a continuous phase inlet. The second chip is selected as a capillary chip and provided with an outer continuous phase inlet. The micro-flow channel chip is formed with a substrate layer. A rectangular-shaped micro pipeline is provided with a flow conduit and a linear pipeline. A branch pipeline is provided with the linear pipe. USE - Micro fluidic droplet generating device for preparing composite emulsion droplets. ADVANTAGE - The device has a three- dimensional structure and better rational pipeline conveying system. The device is convenient to manufacture, reduces manufacturing process cost, and improves reliability. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - The branch pipeline is selected as a semicircular pipe or a straight pipe. The capillary chip is provided with an inner capillary tube and an outer capillary tube. The inner capillary tube is connected with the outer capillary tube by a connecting pipe. The capillary chip utilizes Epoxy resin for sealing. DESCRIPTION OF DRAWING(S) - The drawing shows a top perspective view of a micro fluidic droplet generating device.
