摘要：数字赋能全民健身公共服务治理是打造共建共治共享社会治理格局、推进治理体系和治理能力现代化的有效措施。本研究通过厘清数字时代全民健身公共服务治理的动态流变,剖析数字时代全民健身公共服务治理的现实困境及肇因;并从制度优化、技术驱动、组织优化和行为规范等实践转向维度提出构建高质量的全民健身公共服务体系、整合全民健身公共服务治理平台工具、健全全民健身公共服务协同运行机制、创新全民健身公共服务动态监管模式等系列应对措施,旨在为数字赋能全民健身公共服务治理提供参考。
Digital empowerment of public service governance of national fitness is an effective measure to build a social governance pattern of common construction, governance and sharing and to promote the modernization of governance system and governance capacity.By clarifying the dynamic flow of public service governance of national fitness in the digital age, this study analyzes the real dilemmas and causes of public service governance of national fitness in the digital age.From the practice steering dimensions of system optimization, technology driven, organization optimization and code of conduct, this paper puts forward a series of countermeasures, such as building a high-quality public service system for national fitness, integrating public service governance platform tools for national fitness, improving the collaborative operation mechanism of public service for national fitness, and innovating the dynamic supervision mode of public service for national fitness, in order to provide reference for the governance of public service for national fitness with digital empowerment.
