摘要:华东理工大学交通工具设计方向立足上海汽车产业集聚优势,紧密对接国家新能源汽车发展战略,以“科艺融合、产教协同”为核心理念,构建了特色鲜明的人才培养体系。专业充分依托学校理工科背景,推动设计学与机械、材料、信息等学科深度交叉,形成跨学科支撑生态。通过动态重构课程内容、引入企业真实课题及国际赛事,实施“真题真做”项目制教学,并与上汽等企业共建联合培养基地,实现“人才共育、过程共管、成果共享”。师资队伍建设注重“双师型”结构,聘请资深行业专家深度参与教学。近五年学生屡获国内外设计竞赛大奖,73名毕业生进入主流车企,就业质量显著提高。面对智能化、电动化产业变革,专业将持续深化课程更新与跨学科协同,培养具备系统思维与创新能力的复合型设计人才,助力汽车产业向“中国创造”转型升级。
The transportation design direction of East China University of Science and Technology,based in Shanghai’s automotive industry cluster,closely aligns with the national strategy for new energy vehicles.With the core concept of“integration of science and art,industry-education collaboration”,it has established a distinctive talent cultivation system.The major fully leverages the university’s background in science and engineering,promoting in-depth cross-disciplinary integration of design studies with mechanical,materials,and information sciences,thus forming a cross-disciplinary support ecosystem.By dynamically reconfiguring course content,introducing real-world projects from enterprises and international competitions,and implementing“real projects,real work”project-based teaching,as well as jointly establishing training bases with companies like SAIC,it achieves“co-cultivation of talents,co-management of the process,and sharing of achievements”.The construction of the teaching staff emphasizes a“dual-qualified”structure,inviting senior industry experts to deeply participate in teaching.In the past five years,students have repeatedly won major design awards at home and abroad,and 73 graduates have entered mainstream automotive companies,with significantly improved employment quality.Facing the industrial transformation towards intelligence and electrification,the major will continue to deepen curriculum updates and crossdisciplinary collaboration,cultivating compound design talents with systematic thinking and innovation capabilities,and contributing to the transformation and upgrading of the automotive industry towards“Chinese creation”.
