摘要:为快速鉴定从鸡胴体中分离的一株革兰氏阴性菌,应用基质辅助激光解吸电离飞行时间质谱(matrix-assisted laser desorption/ionization time of-flight mass spectrometry,MALDI-TOF-MS)技术对其进行鉴定。采用细菌分离纯化、MALDI-TOF-MS法鉴定,并以VITEK传统生化验证MALDI-TOF-MS鉴定结果的准确性。应用MALDI-TOF-MS法鉴定的空肠弯曲菌,鉴定分数为2.538,鉴定结果与VITEK一致。MALDI-TOF-MS方法能够快速、准确鉴定分离的空肠弯曲菌,为空肠弯曲菌的快速检测提供技术支撑。
The method of MALDI-TOF-MS(matrix-assisted laser desorption/ionization time of-flight mass spectrometry)was used to quickly identify a gram-negative bacterium isolated from chicken carcass.Bacteria were isolated,purified,and identified by MALDI-TOF-MS,and the accuracy of MALDI-TOF-MS identification was verified by VITEK traditional biochemistry.The identification score of Campylobacter jejuni by MALDI-TOF-MS method was 2.538 and the identification result was consistent with that of VITEK.As a result,Campylobacter jejuni could be rapidly detected and identified by MALDI-TOF-MS method.
