摘要:利用表面活性剂脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚和脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚磷酸酯盐作为乳化剂,对上海炼油厂生产的58号石蜡进行乳化研究,制备石蜡微乳液。研究结果表明:表面活性剂的组成及含量影响微乳液的制备,分散相的粒径分布对石蜡微乳液的外观特征和稳定性也有重要影响。
The surfactants polyethylene glycol octadecyl ether and polyoxyethylene lauryl ether phosphate were used as emulsifying agent to study how to emulsify the product 58\+# paraffin wax of Shanghai Refining Oil Factroy,and prepare paraffin wax microemulsions.The result of study shows that surfactant component and concentration are two important factors effecting the quality of microemulsions.At the same time,the characteristics and stability of paraffin wax microemulsions are dependent on the particle size of the dispersed phase.
