摘要：2006年国家教育部、体育总局提出了阳光体育,希望通过阳光体育能够增强学生体质。而普通高校体育课作为高校体育的重要组成部分,对学生的身体素质起到举足轻重的作用。为了能够使高校体育更好地促进学生身体素质发展和影响学生体育意识,通过对文献和文件地深入阅读和理解,将普通高校体育课程内容体系与阳光体育的思想相结合,找出课程体系中所存在的主要问题。并在阳光体育思想的基础上,针对这些问题提出相应的措施,希望能够给我国普通高校体育课程内容体系提供相应的参考和意见。
The Ministry of Education and Sports Bureau came up with ＂sunshine sports＂ and hoped to increase the student~ physical quality through the ＂Sunshine Sports＂ in 2006. The physical education course in general u- niversities, as an important part of the university ＂s physical education, plays a critical role in increasing the student＇s physical quality. This paper deeply read and made out the documents and files to develop the student＇s physical quality and influence the sports consciousness of students. The research combined the course content sys- tem of college＇s physical education and the thought of ＂sunshine sports＂ to find out main problems exiting in the course system. Based on the thought of ＂sunshine sports＂, the research provides some measures aiming at prob- lems. The main purpose is to supply some advises and suggestions for general college physical education course contents in China.
