摘要:研究在压力容器应变强化过程中,通过控制内容器的形变,提供足够的真空层容积,以便于外容器和接管的装配;同时针对应变强化容器在实际运输过程中平稳运行,颠簸、制动、急刹车等典型工况的应力分布进行了分析。结果表明:应变强化过程中,应变先随着强化应力的增大而快速增大,在达到一定值后与强化应力呈线性关系,但继续增大会导致应变过大,真空层容积受到严重影响。运输过程中,结构内最大Tresca应力出现在筒体与支撑部位连接处,但小于材料许用应力,满足强度要求。
In the process of the strain strengthening of pressure vessel,by controlling the deformation of the inner vessel,a sufficient vacuum layer volume was provided to facilitate assembling of the outer vessel and the nozzle. At the same time,the stress distributions of the strain-strengthened vessel under the typical working conditions such as stable operation,bumping,braking,sudden stop were analyzed. The results show that during the strain strengthening process,the strain increases rapidly with the increase of the strengthening stress. After the strain reaches a certain value,it shows a linear relationship with the strengthening stress,but its continuing increase will lead to excessive strain and the vacuum layer volume will be seriously affected. During the transport,the maximum Tresca stress within the structure occurs at the joints of the cylinder and the support,but it is smaller than the allowable stress of the material,so the structure meets the strength requirements.
