摘要:本文制备高性能碳纳米管(CNT)/环氧树脂复合材料,以纸带作为基底并缠绕在滚轮上,采用化学气相沉积法(CVD)连续制备中空CNT筒状物,并将其直接原位沉积到喷涂有环氧树脂溶液的纸带上,通过层层沉积的方式得到碳纳米管/环氧树脂复合薄膜。研究了CNT的含量和取向性对复合薄膜性能的影响。通过拉伸机、四探针仪等多种表征手段进行测试。结果表明:CNT含量和取向性的提高对复合薄膜的力学性能和电学性能提升显著。当CNT含量为24.5wt%时,复合薄膜的力学性能和电学性能最好,拉伸强度为430.8MPa,电导率为372S/cm;用取向性更好的CNT制备成复合薄膜,制得的薄膜性能更佳,拉伸强度为909.2MPa,电导率为1700S/cm。
An new method to prepare carbon nanotubes/epoxy resin composites films is reported.Using a paper tape as a substrate on a roller,a hollow cylindrical CNT assembly was continuously prepared and deposited layer by layer in-situ with an epoxy resin solution.The effects of CNT content and orientation on properties of the composite films were studied by some characterization methods and property measurements. The results showed that the mechanical and electrical properties of the composites were improved remarkably with increasing CNT content and orientation.When the CNT content was 24.5wt%,the mechanical and electrical properties of the composites were the best with a tensile strength of 430.8MPa,and an electrical conductivity of 372S/cm.Under the circumstance of a better CNT orientation,the resulting composite film had a higher tensile strength of 909.2MPa,and a higher conductivity of 1700S/cm.
