摘要："大数据"使得社会科学研究出现新的范式,多方面的驱动力促使社会工作学科必须积极探索该领域,即如何充分利用大数据更高效地输送专业社会服务,更精准地倡导合理的社会政策。大数据驱动的社会工作就其前景而言,主要体现在:在社会工作应用中,大数据能够实时获取、更新真实的人类行为数据,从而避免了数据收集过程中对被试主观报告的依赖;为风险人群的评估和危机干预提供了高效、准确的技术手段;对服务人群、基本社会服务设施的时空分布能有更精确和直观的把握;也可以为公共政策制定提供证据,值得我们积极探索与创新。当然,大数据的使用也存在着技术、法律、伦理等诸多方面的挑战。
As the emergence of a new paradigm in social science research driven by big data, a new field of social work develops accordingly. For instance, how to harness big data for social work to delivery social services more effectively and advocate social policy more accurately. The combination of big data and social work could provide new solutions to social problems. Firstly, big data has made it possible to access and analyze the data of human behavior, which helps to avoid relying on partici- pants＇ subjective report. Secondly, evaluating high-risk groups in a more efficient and accurate manner and intervening crisis more timely could be possible. Thirdly, big data could facilitate identifying the spatio-temporal pattern of target populations and basic social service facilities. Lastly, it provides reli- able evidences for policy making. However, an effective framework remains lacking in addressing the legal, ethical, and privacy concerns in this new field.
