摘要:以丙烯酸,四乙烯五胺,二硫化碳和氢氧化钠为原料合成了一种二硫代氨基甲酸盐类高分子重金属螯合剂,PATD,采用红外光谱对其结构进行了表征。研究了PATD的投加量、体系pH对Cu^(2+)和Ni^(2+)模拟废水的处理效果的影响。结果表明,PATD高分子重金属螯合剂处理浓度为50 mg/L的Cu^(2+)和Ni^(2+)模拟重金属废水时,当PATD/重金属离子质量比分别大于6(Cu^(2+))和12(Ni^(2+))时,处理后废水中残留的重金属离子浓度均低于国家污水综合排放一级标准。PATD在较宽p H范围内均可有效去除重金属Cu^(2+)和Ni^(2+)离子;对Cu^(2+)的去除效果要好于Ni^(2+)。对低浓度(1.0 mg/L)的Cu^(2+)和Ni^(2+)废水的处理同样具有很好的效果。
A dithiocarbamate polymeric heavy metal chelator,PATD,was prepared from acrylic acid,tetraethylenepentamine,carbon disulfide and sodium hydroxide,and characterized by FTIR spectra.Effects of PATD dosage and solution p H value on the removal efficiencies of Cu^(2+)and Ni^(2+)simulated wastewaters were studied.For the simulated heavy metal wastewater containing 50 mg/L Cu^(2+)or Ni^(2+)ion,the residual concentrations of heavy metal ion were lower than the national standard for wastewater discharge of China after the treatment of PATD polymeric chelator with PATD/heavy metal ion mass ratios higher than 6(Cu^(2+))and 12(Ni^(2+)),respectively.PATD can effectively remove the heavy metal Cu^(2+)and Ni^(2+)ions in a wide p H range and more significantly for the removal of Cu^(2+)than that of Ni^(2+).PATD treatment also shows good efficiency in dealing with Cu^(2+)and Ni^(2+)wastewaters with very low concentration(1.0 mg/L).
