摘要:NOVELTY - A phosphorus-nitrogen halogen-free flame-retardant material comprising phosphorus-nitrogen expansion flame retardant, transition metal acetate and its flame-retardant epoxy resin, is new. USE - The material is useful for commercial and industrial applications. ADVANTAGE - The invention mixes transition metal acetate and phosphorus-nitrogen expansion flame retardant, so the flame-retardant performance of the phosphorus-nitrogen expansion flame retardant epoxy resin is improved; it reduces content of the flame retardant, reduces cost of the material and improves mechanical performance. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - A phosphorus-nitrogen halogen-free flame-retardant material comprising phosphorus-nitrogen expansion flame retardant, transition metal acetate and its flame-retardant epoxy resin; the expansion flame retardant can be pentaerythritol organic phosphate, dipentaerythritol organic phosphate, tripentaerythritol organic phosphate, pentaerythritol orthophosphorous acid and its corresponding cyanuramide salt in China Patent CN 1446844A; it can be mixture of commercial ammonium polyphosphate (APP) or melamine organic phosphate and pentaerythritol; the flame-retardant epoxy resin material is prepared by: adding phosphorus-nitrogen expansion flame retardant into the epoxy resin according to a certain proportion; heating to 120 degrees C; stirring for 0.5 hour; cooling to 80 degrees C; adding alkali soil metal carbonate; mechanically stirring for 0.25 hour; adding m-phenylenediamine curing agent, mixing uniformly; heating it in the vacuum oven at 80-160 degrees C, curing for 6-12 hours, and obtaining flame-retardant epoxy resin material, is new.
