摘要：NOVELTY - Porous adsorption material is prepared by taking polydimethylsiloxane prepolymer and curing agent, stirring to mix uniformly, standing, discharging gas, adding diluent, stirring to mix uniformly, standing, discharging gas, adding pore-forming agent, stirring to mix uniformly, standing, discharging gas, dropwise adding foaming agent solution, controlling reaction temperature, stirring, adding concentrated hydrochloric acid, soaking, removing the foaming agent, repeatedly washing with hot distilled water and ethanol, removing foaming agent and hydrochloric acid and oven drying. USE - Porous adsorption material used for adsorbing oil and organic solvent, such as petroleum ether, carbon tetrachloride, tetrahydrofuran, trichloromethane, n-octane, cyclohexane, octane, kerosene and ethyl acetate. ADVANTAGE - The porous adsorption material has simple and easy preparation and low cost and is recyclable and environment friendly. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Porous adsorption material is prepared by providing polydimethylsiloxane prepolymer i.e. Sylgard 184A (RTM: silicone elastomer), hydroxy-terminated polysiloxane, dimethylsiloxane, methyl hydrogen siloxane and/or hexamethyldisiloxane, curing agent i.e. Sylgard184B (RTM: curing agent), silanol, dibutyltin laurate, tetraethyl orthosilicate and/or methyltrimethoxysilane, diluent i.e. carbon tetrachloride, trichloromethane, cyclohexane, n-octane, n-hexane, tetrahydrofuran and/or n-heptane, pore-forming agent i.e. ethyl acetate, carbon tetrachloride, n-hexane, n-heptane, n-octane and/or tetrahydrofuran, and foaming agent i.e. sodium dodecyl sulfate, dichlorotetrafluoroethane, sodium carbonate, sodium bicarbonate and/or ammonium bicarbonate, taking polydimethylsiloxane prepolymer and curing agent, stirring to mix uniformly, standing for 10-30 minutes, discharging gas, adding diluent, stirring to mix uniformly, standing for 10-30 minutes, discharging gas, adding pore-forming agent, stirring to mix uniformly, standing for 10-30 minutes, discharging gas, dropwise adding foaming agent solution, controlling reaction at 70-90 degrees C, stirring at 70-300 revolutions/minute for 1-3 hours, adding concentrated hydrochloric acid, soaking for 3-8 hours, removing the foaming agent, repeatedly washing with hot distilled water and ethanol, removing foaming agent and hydrochloric acid, oven drying at 50-150 degrees C for 5-12 hours and obtaining the product.
