摘要：本文聚焦上海高校毕业生基层就业状况,在明确界定基层就业范围的基础上,通过数据统计和问卷调研,全面分析了2016—2019年上海高校毕业生基层就业的基本情况,总结规律、发现问题,并提出有针对性的对策建议,为更有效地推动上海高校毕业生基层就业引导工作高水平和可持续发展提供借鉴与参考。
This paper focuses on the grass-roots employment of college graduates in Shanghai from 2016 to 2019.Through a statistical analysis and questionnaire survey,it gives a description of current situation of grass-roots employment of Shanghai college graduates,and puts forward some practical suggestions to effectively promote a highlevel and sustainable development of grass-roots employment guidance for college graduates.
