摘要:NOVELTY - A degradable synthetic paper material comprises (pts.wt.) plastic resin (100), industrial starch filler (50-600), inorganic filler (50-300) and additive (10-100). The plastic resin is macromolecular polymer resin comprising polyethylene or polylactic acid with number average molecular weight of 3x 104 to 6x 104. The polyethylene is high-density, low-density and/or linear low-density polyethylene. The inorganic filler is calcium carbonate, montmorillonite, titanium dioxide and/or silicon dioxide. The additive is coupling agent, plasticizer, dispersant and/or lubricant. USE - A degradable synthetic paper material for use in writing and printing. ADVANTAGE - The material has low cost, simple preparation process and no environment pollution; and is good in dynamic performance and degradable by the soil burying method or sun exposure method. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for a method for preparing degradable synthetic paper material, comprising drying plastic resin matrix, starch filler and inorganic filler at 80-100 degrees C for 4-6 hours; adding dried polymer resin, starch, modified inorganic filler and additive to high-speed mixer with heating device, and mixing at 80-90 degrees C for 2-15 minutes; using the twin-screw extruder to extrude and pellet the mixture; and extruding and blowing formed particle to shape and obtain degradable synthetic paper.
