摘要:NOVELTY - The method involves determining industrial hydrocarbon steam cracking furnace design operation data. A modeling process is performed. An ethylene-cracking furnace is divided into a hearth and a furnace pipe-modeling module. A flow rate change part is established to an upper part of the hearth by a radiation model. Speed of a radiation section is calculated. Pressure of the furnace pipe-modeling module is calculated. Temperature distribution value of an initial furnace outer wall surface is calculated. A heat flux distribution value is calculated. USE - Method for verifying and optimizing a coupling module industrial ethylene steam cracking furnace design. ADVANTAGE - The method enables simplifying an industrial ethylene steam cracking furnace design verifying and optimizing process.
