摘要:分析了混合澄清萃取器与传统塔式萃取器的优缺点,对新型塔式混合澄清萃取器进行了流体力学的研究,结果表明,一级塔式混合澄清萃取器的停留时间分布在较低搅拌速率时与两个全混釜串联的模型值较为接近,搅拌速率对停留时间分布以及分散相滞留量影响较小,分散相滞留量与分散相流量的关系可以拟合为经验关联式φ=0.252lnVd-0.298。
The advantages and disadvantages of the conventional mixer-settler and tower type extraction equipments were discussed. The hydrodynamics performance of a novel mixer-settler extraction column was studyed. It was fotmd that the retention time distribution of a single stage extractor at low stirring rate is similar to that of two tanks-in-series. The stirring rate has little influence on retention time distribution and hold-up of dispersed phase. Empirical correlations of the hold-up and flow rate of dispersed phase were obtained as follows: φ = 0. 252ln Vd - 0. 298.
