摘要：该文从心理素质的涵义出发,根据大学生在学业问题、人际关系问题、就业问题上表现出的诸多心理特征,对大学生的心理素质现状进行研究和分析,并就高校培养大学生心理素质的途径和方法进行了探讨。
In this paper, starting from psychological meaning, according to students＇ many psychological characteristics in the academic problems, relationship problems, employment problems, study and analyze students＇ psychological status, and approaches and methods are discussed to cultivate college students＇ psychological quality.
