摘要:NOVELTY - A silicon dioxide nanometer mesoporous hollow sphere has extremely high drug load, and a hollow shell. The outer diameter of sphere of the shell is 150-200 nm. USE - Silicon dioxide nanometer mesoporous hollow sphere for use in field of pharmaceuticals. ADVANTAGE - The mesoporous hollow sphere has very high drug load, and shows superior drug delivery, drug controlled release and disease cell targeted therapy. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for preparation of mesoporous hollow sphere comprising: (A) mixing surfactant lauryl methyl ephedra bromide, alkali source sodium hydroxide and deionized water in the mol ratio of (1-1.5):(1-1.5):(4760-7140), and agitating them at a temperature to form uniform solution; (B) separately adding carboxyl ethyl trihydric alcohol sodium silane and tetraethyl orthosilicate as silicon source in the mol ratio of (0.15-2):(20-30), continuing agitating for 2 hours to prepare mesoporous hollow sphere solution; and (C) heating the solution for 24-48 hours.
