摘要：高水平科技自立自强重要论述是对当代世界科技发展趋势和我国具体国情科学分析的基础上,对科技创新在我国经济社会发展中的核心作用的准确判断,蕴含丰富的系统思维。高水平科技自立自强重要论述涵盖国家安全、新一轮科技革命、马克思主义科学技术观、人才引领发展等多个系统要素,具有整体性、开放性、层次性与自适应性的理论特质。从系统论深入探析高水平科技自立自强重要论述,其加快建设科技强国的目标,构建“非对称”战略与开放创新的生态,打造新型举国体制、优化科技力量和建设全球人才高地的战略,以“四个面向”激发高水平科技自立自强各要素的动能四者之间彼此承接、相互作用,将有力地促进我们完整、准确、全面理解并深入推进中国式现代化。
The important statement on high-level scientific and technological self-reliance and self-improvement is accurate judgment on the central role of scientific and technological innovation in China's economic and social development,based on a scientific analysis of the development trend of science and technology in the contemporary world and China's specific national conditions,and contains rich systemic thinking.The important discourse on important remarks on high-level scientific and technological self-reliance and self-improvement covers a number of systemic elements such as the Marxist view of science and technology,the new round of scientific and technological revolution,national security and talent-led development,and has the theoretical qualities of wholeness,openness,hierarchy and self-adaptability.An in-depth analysis of important discourse on high-level scientific and technological self-reliance and self-improvement from a systemic perspective will strongly facilitate our complete,accurate and comprehensive understanding and implementation of the innovation-driven development strategy and the building of a world science and technology power.
